Carers of or anyone, who is waiting for or has had a heart or lung transplant, or a VAD procedure via the Freeman Hospital are welcome to attend.
The café will be held online on MS Teams on the first Wednesday of every month, 2am – 3.30pm.
Why is the Café held online?
