Ward 46 RVI
Ward 46 is a 29 bedded colorectal surgical ward which specialises mainly in treating lower gastro-intestinal conditions for people requiring surgical interventions and management.
Ward 46 is known for providing expert care and treatment for colorectal cancer and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients.
Ward 45 – RVI
Ward 45 is a surgical ward made up of three separate areas and patients are admitted for different types of procedures.
We do not have visiting facilities on the day unit to protect the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of our patients. However, if you have any specific needs please contact the ward and we will do our best to help.
Ward 6 – Freeman Hospital
Ward 6 is a 28-bed ward which provides care for patients with colorectal, vascular and some hepatobiliary conditions.
Ward 6 is open seven days a week, operating 24 hours a day.
