Fertility clinics can present their success rates in different ways which can sometimes be misleading. For example, results can be presented by different age ranges, time periods, treatment types or outcomes such as clinical pregnancy or live birth.
All fertility clinics in the UK, both NHS and private, are regulated by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA). They also collect and present data so clinics can be fairly compared.
Currently the Newcastle Fertility Centre has success rates consistent with the national average for all types of treatment we offer.
