The Professional Nurse Advocacy role is mandated across the NHS and every PNA is required to provide details of their activity.
This means they must maintain records of all PNA conversations and restorative supervision so that we can continuously improve, progress and strengthen nursing workforce capabilities by evaluating the effectiveness and impact of the PNA role.
