Leadership is a lifelong journey of experiences, learning and personal development. This is why we provide our nursing, midwifery and allied health professional leaders at every level of the organisation with a range of training and resources.
Our leadership, development and talent management team offer a diverse range of development opportunities to nurture and support the leadership and management capabilities and behaviours needed to foster a culture of endlessly pursuing improvement in the compassionate, patient-centred care we provide throughout the Trust.
These are available for all levels of leadership from managers and senior strategic leaders to emerging, new or aspiring leaders.
