Dr Jennifer Peal is a consultant cardiologist at Newcastle’s Freeman Hospital specialising in heart failure and implantable cardiac devices.
Dr Peal graduated from Newcastle University and undertook postgraduate training within the Northern Deanery.
She is a member of the British Cardiac Society, the British Heart Rhythm Society and obtained the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners Certification in Cardiac Devices.
She completed a masters in medical education, undertakes medical education research, as well as delivering undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and mentorship.
