Dr Dinusha Chandratilleke is a Consultant Immunologist at Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary specialising in allergic rhinitis and immunotherapy (SLIT/SCIT), urticaria, drug allergy, venom allergy, anaphylaxis, immunodeficiency, autoimmune disease and diagnostic immunopathology services.
Dr Chandratilleke completed his medical training in Australia (Sydney and Perth), including advanced training in Clinical Immunology/Allergy and Immunopathology.
He moved to Newcastle and started work at the Royal Victoria infirmary in 2017 before being appointed as a Consultant Immunologist in 2018.
Dr Chandratilleke is also an Associate Clinical Lecturer at Newcastle University and is involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
