Complementary therapies are designed to be used alongside normal medical treatments. Many people with cancer find that these therapies help them relax and improve their mood.
The team of qualified therapists use gentle touch and relaxation techniques to achieve calming responses. These can evoke a sense of well-being which may help you cope with some of the stresses caused by cancer and its treatment.
The team take a holistic approach and aim to provide support by enhancing the patient experience within the hospital setting.
These therapies are intended to complement your medical care and do not replace treatment.
