Dr Musgrave graduated in Medical Sciences from Cambridge University in 2000. She completed her medical training at University College London in 2006. Between 2011 and 2021, Dr Musgrave trained as a haematologist in the Northeast. This included a period of research as an MRC Clinical Research Fellow and in 2020 she was awarded a PhD in Medical Sciences from Newcastle University.

Research
Research interests include haemostasis and thrombosis. Dr Musgrave has led studies in this area and is a PI on several trials within the Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospital Trust.
