Dr David Ledingham is a Consultant Neurologist at Newcastle Hospitals. He specialises in movement disorders and runs a dedicated deep brain stimulation clinic and botulinum toxin injection clinic.
Dr Ledingham completed undergraduate medical training at the University of Cambridge and University College London, before undertaking postgraduate training at Oxford University Hospitals and several sites in the North East. He completed an Association of British Neurologists Australasian fellowship in Sydney in 2018. He has been a consultant at Newcastle Hospitals since 2020.
He is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Newcastle University and is actively involved in several clinical trials related to movement disorders, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate education.
