We have replaced the walk-in hearing aid repair service with a booked repair service. Unfortunately, we are unable to see anyone who attends without a pre-booked appointment.

Booked hearing aid repairs are available at the following locations
- Berwick – Union Brae
- Corbridge
- Cramlington
- Freeman Hospital
- North Tyneside General Hospital

Current audiology patients
If you need tubing and/or batteries, please ring the department directly to request them on 0191 223 1043.
Alternatively, you can email your request to [email protected] including your name and date of birth in your request.
We have a new tubing collection service (currently being run on a Wednesday).
You can access this service by contacting the audiology department and requesting replacement tubing.
This service is for the collection of tubing only. No other audiology services are available at these appointments.
