In line with the national closure of the Autumn booster campaign and the first booster offer, the RVI Maternity Vaccination Hub will no longer offer the COVID-19 booster from February 12 2023.
It is recommended that those who are pregnant and have not yet been vaccinated, consider getting the vaccine as soon as possible. You can access information on where to receive a primary course via the national booking service or Newcastle City Council Website.
Vaccination is the best way of protecting you and your baby from the risks associated with COVID-19 in pregnancy.

Please note that the drop-in service to access your Influenza vaccination with continue to be available in the RVI antenatal clinic waiting area, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays.
